Fuerza— meaning “strength” in Spanish—must come across as strong and sexy to successfully attract clientele in the upscale California communities that these pilates studios call home.

  Scalable, Dynamic Features for a Small Business Web Site

  Owners Cyndee Grace Savoy and her daughter Amy Marie Williamson are the embodiment of enviable sophistication and sass. Serial entrepreneurs, they possess vision, enthusiasm and street-smarts. Our goal in the design and development was for their website to evoke the same feelings from viewers as the two women themselves do in real life. Utilizing stock photography, Adobe Flash, Adobe After Effects and custom extensions, we created an animated banner that gets noticed!

But in the six short months since the fuerzapilates.com redesign, Fuerza Pilates has been found by prospective customers through 263 unique keyword search terms. Of course, many of these search terms are used repeatedly—such as “Pilates San Diego”. But the more general “workout classes in Petaluma” is also driving visitors to the site.   For the most part—yes, more is merrier when it comes to website traffic. However, if the traffic isn’t converting—in some way generating revenue—more doesn’t get us anywhere. With Fuerza, now that we know the site is being found, we’re moving into a new phase of the project. We’ll be setting up goals in Google Analytics to track the behavior of site visitors. We’ll incentivize visitors to let us know how the site is working for them, to understand if the site delivers what it promises in the mind of the searcher.
